This is a fund holding initiative which enables funding to be paid directly to the client/family for home/community based options of their choice.

Experiences at My World

The Real World Living Experiences of My World program has been designed to provide access to real world activities and experiences in order to support you to learn about and have a go at different activities and scenarios.

Living My Life
